ORA-24237: object id argument passed to DBMS_UTILITY.INVALIDATE is not legal

What triggered the Error:

is error occurred because the p_object_id argument passed to the DBMS_UTILITY.INVALIDATE routine was NULL, there was no object with the specified object id, or the user calling the routine did not have sufficient privileges to invalidate the object.

What should we do to fix it:

rrect the illegal argument.
