ORA-24234: unable to get source of string "string"."string", insufficient privileges or does not exist

What triggered the Error:

e specified PL/SQL object in a DBMS_PREPROCESSOR subprogram did not exist or you did not have the privileges necessary to view its source.

What should we do to fix it:

ke sure the specified object exists and you have the privileges necessary to view its source.
