ORA-24201: duplicate publisher, publisher already added to the queue
What triggered the Error:
tempted to add a publisher to the queue again.What should we do to fix it:
ecify another publisher or user DBMS_AQADM.ALTER_PUBLISHER to alter the publisher's properties.
