ORA-24102: invalid prefix for generate_job_name

What triggered the Error:

nerate_job_name was called with a prefix longer than 18 characters or a prefix ending in a digit.

What should we do to fix it:

-issue the command using a prefix no longer than 18 characters and not ending in a digit.
