Oracle Solution for Error ora-24072

ORA-24072: cannot execute MIGRATE_QUEUE_TABLE procedure; must own queue table

What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to upgrade or downgrade a queue table using the DBMS_AQADM.MIGRATE_QUEUE_TABLE procedure, but the user who executed the procedure does not own the queue.

What should we do to fix it:

connect as the owner of the queue table, and then execute the DBMS_AQADM.MIGRATE_QUEUE_TABLE procedure.
