Oracle Solution for Error ora-24059

ORA-24059: invalid COMPATIBLE parameter setting string specified in DBMS_AQADM.string

What triggered the Error:

invalid compatible parameter was specified in the DBMS_AQADM procedure. The parameter setting must be of the form '8.x.y' where x is the release number and y is the update number.

What should we do to fix it:
