Oracle Solution for Error ora-23652
ORA-23652: The oldest SCN could not be updated at Apply string
What triggered the Error:
The oldest SCN was not updated before the switch was performed.What should we do to fix it:
ke sure Apply is running and the switch package version is the same at both databases.
