ORA-23432: master site string already exists

What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to instantiate a replicated object group at a master site that was already a part of the object group.

What should we do to fix it:

you were trying to add this site, do nothing because it already exists; otherwise, pick the name of another site, and re-run the routine.
