Oracle Solution for Error ora-23424

ORA-23424: materialized view "string"."string" at string not registered

What triggered the Error:

e specified materialized view has not be successfully registered at this site.

What should we do to fix it:

gister the materialized view manually at either the master site or the materialized view site.
