Oracle Solution for Error ora-23406
ORA-23406: insufficient privileges on user "string"
What triggered the Error:
e caller is not the owner of the materialized view and does not have ALTER ANY MATERIALIZED VIEW privileges.What should we do to fix it:
rform the operation as the owner of the materialized view or as a user with ALTER ANY MATERIALIZED VIEW privileges.
