ORA-23364: Feature not enabled: Advanced replication

What triggered the Error:

e Advanced Replication feature is not enabled at this site. Updatable materialized views, deferred RPCs, and other replication features are, therefore, unavailable.

What should we do to fix it:

not attempt to use this feature. Contact an Oracle Customer Support representative if the Advanced Replication feature has been purchased but not enabled.
