ORA-23322: Privilege error accessing pipe

What triggered the Error:

u either tried to create a pipe that already existed and belonged to someone else, or remove a pipe that you were not authorized to use, or put a message into a pipe that you were not authorized for, or get a message from a pipe that you were not authorized for.

What should we do to fix it:

u may have to use a different pipename.
