ORA-22862: specified object identifier doesn't match existing object identifier

What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to specify an object identifier for the type that does not match the existing identifier of the incomplete type of the same name.

What should we do to fix it:

ecify the correct object identifier or leave it out of the statement.
