What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to commit a transaction with open LOBs at transaction commit time.

What should we do to fix it:

is is just a warning. The transaction was commited successfully, but any domain or functional indexes on the open LOBs were not updated. You may want to rebuild those indexes.
