ORA-22286: insufficient privileges on file or directory to perform string operation

What triggered the Error:

e user does not have the necessary access privileges on the directory alias and/or the file for the operation.

What should we do to fix it:

k the database/system administrator to grant the required privileges on the directory alias and/or the file.
