Oracle Solution for Error ora-19723
ORA-19723: Cannot recreate plugged in read-only datafile string
What triggered the Error:
The datafile is plugged in read only. It can not recreated.What should we do to fix it:
e ALTER DATABASE RENAME FILE command instead.
