Oracle Solution for Error ora-19711
ORA-19711: cannot use RENORMALIZEALLFILENAMES while database is open
What triggered the Error:
attempt was made to re-normalize all the file names in the control file while the database is open.What should we do to fix it:
ose the database before using the RENORMALIZEALLFILENAMES procedure.
