ORA-19578: end of volume while duplexing to sequential files, backup piece incomplete

What triggered the Error:

end of volume (EOV) condition was detected while duplexing to sequential files, and this condition cannot be handled currently.

What should we do to fix it:

fore retrying the backup, make sure the backup pieces will fit in the volume, or disable duplexing.
