Oracle Solution for Error ora-19572

ORA-19572: cannot process file string, file is being being resized

What triggered the Error:

e input file specified for a copy or backup operation could not be opened because the file is being resized.

What should we do to fix it:

it for the resize to complete then retry the copy or backup.
