ORA-19374: invalid staging table

What triggered the Error:

e user specified an invalid staging table to one of the pack, unpack, or remap stgtab routines, or the user does not have the correct privileges on the staging table

What should we do to fix it:

ovide a correct staging table or grant the appropriate privileges
