ORA-19291: XPST0081 - specified QName cannot be expanded into a namespace URI

What triggered the Error:

e namespace prefix of the QName could not be expanded into a namespace URI by using the statically known namespaces.

What should we do to fix it:

e a namespace prefix that can be resolved into a namespace URI from the statically known namespaces.
