ORA-19261: XQDY0041 - non empty URI in QName
What triggered the Error:
e name expression in a computed processing instruction or computed namespace constructor returned a QName whose URI part was not empty.What should we do to fix it:
x the processing instruction or computed namespace constructor to return the QName with an empty URI part.
