Oracle Solution for Error ora-19207
ORA-19207: scalar parameter string of XMLELEMENT cannot have an alias.
What triggered the Error:
e scalar parameter to XMLELEMENT has been qualified with an alias.What should we do to fix it:
move the AS clause of the scalar element.
