Oracle Solution for Error ora-16819
ORA-16819: fast-start failover observer not started
What triggered the Error:
The observer for fast-start failover was not started. As a result, fast-start failover could not happen in the case of a primary database failure.What should we do to fix it:
Start the fast-start failover observer by using, for example, the DGMGRL START OBSERVER command.
