Oracle Solution for Error ora-16797
ORA-16797: database is not using a server parameter file
What triggered the Error:
The database was not using a server parameter file or the broker was unable to access the server parameter file.What should we do to fix it:
Issue the CREATE SPFILE='..' FROM PFILE='...'" command to create a server parameter file and then restart the database to use it.
