ORA-16770: Redo Apply not started since physical standby database is opening

What triggered the Error:

Redo Apply services could not be started on the physical standby database because it was being opened. The Data Guard broker will start Redo Apply services once the physical standby database has been opened.

What should we do to fix it:

No action required.
