ORA-16720: no LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameters available

What triggered the Error:

All LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameters were in use.

What should we do to fix it:

Clear one or more LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameters so that broker can use them to setup the primary database redo transport.
