ORA-16643: unable to determine location of broker configuration files
What triggered the Error:
The Data Guard broker was unable to determine the location of its configuration files from the DG_BROKER_CONFIG_FILE[1|2] initialization parameters.What should we do to fix it:
Retry the operation and, if the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
