Oracle Solution for Error ora-16534

ORA-16534: no more requests accepted

What triggered the Error:

The Data Guard broker returned this status because either: *- A failover operation was submitted or was in progress. *- A switchover operation was submitted or was in progress. *- An instance restart was pending for one or more databases.

What should we do to fix it:

Wait until the operation is complete and reissue the request.
