Oracle Solution for Error ora-16427

ORA-16427: Potential archive log gap too large to service

What triggered the Error:

Standby destination is too far behind the primary database for automatic archive log gap detection/resolution to take place.

What should we do to fix it:

Standby database should be recreated with a recent backup copy of the primary database.
