Oracle Solution for Error ora-16253
ORA-16253: Logical Standby cannot start due to incomplete terminal apply
What triggered the Error:
A previous ACTIVATE of the logical standby failed to complete.What should we do to fix it:
Reissue the ALTER DATABASE ACTIVATE LOGICAL STANDBY DATABASE FINISH APPLY command.
