Oracle Solution for Error ora-16207
ORA-16207: Logical standby dictionary build not permitted.
What triggered the Error:
A dictionary build is currently in progress. Only one build can be active at a time.What should we do to fix it:
Wait for the active build to complete before invoking a new build.
