Oracle Solution for Error ora-16145

ORA-16145: archival for thread# string sequence# string in progress

What triggered the Error:

The indicated archived log file is not available for recovery due to the fact that it is still being archived.

What should we do to fix it:

Verify that archival of the indicated log file has completed and reissue the RECOVER STANDBY DATABASE command.
