ORA-16143: RFS connections not allowed during or after terminal recovery
What triggered the Error:
An attempt was made, by an RFS process, to access a standby online log file during or after a terminal recovery.What should we do to fix it:
The primary must not attempt to archive to the standby after a terminal recovery.
