ORA-16042: user requested cancel immediate of managed recovery operation

What triggered the Error:

The managed standby database recovery operation has been canceled immediately per user request. Processing of the current archive log file has been interrupted and therefore the database is in an inconsistent state.

What should we do to fix it:

No action is required.
