Oracle Solution for Error ora-16003
ORA-16003: standby database is restricted to read-only access
What triggered the Error:
To ensure its integrity, a standby database can only be opened for read-only access.What should we do to fix it:
Re-issue the ALTER DATABASE OPEN specifying READ ONLY.
