ORA-15511: cannot process workload capture because no user sessions were recorded

What triggered the Error:

No user sessions were recorded in the given workload capture. Processing this capture failed because no user workload was captured.

What should we do to fix it:

Capture a workload in which at least one user session connects and performs some operations.
