Oracle Solution for Error ora-15084

ORA-15084: ASM disk "string" is offline and cannot be dropped.

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to drop a disk that is offline.

What should we do to fix it:

Check the ASM disk name as specified in the command; or, if needed, use the DROP DISK FORCE option.
