ORA-14213: VALUES LESS THAN or AT clause cannot be used for List subpartitioned tables

What triggered the Error:

VALUES LESS THAN or AT clause was used for List subpartitioned tables

What should we do to fix it:

Use VALUES () clause for List subpartitioned tables
