Solution for Oracle Error ORA-14153

ORA-14153: only one of STORE IN or clause may be specified

What triggered the Error:

both STORE IN and clauses were specified in a CREATE TABLE|INDEX command

What should we do to fix it:

Remove one of offending clauses
