ORA-13716: Diagnostic Package License is needed for using this feature.
What triggered the Error:
The specified value for system parameter CONTROL_MANAGEMENT_PACK_ACCESS indicated that the Diagnostic Package was disabled.What should we do to fix it:
Modify the parameter value if the Diagnostic Package License was purchased.
