ORA-13714: "string" is not a valid SQL_ID value
What triggered the Error:
The specified value of SQL_ID was not properly formatted.What should we do to fix it:
Specify a valid value consisting of a 13 character string with characters from '0' to '9' and from 'a' to 'z'.
