Oracle Solution for Error ora-13701
ORA-13701: Snapshot pair [string, string] seems to be specified in reverse order.
What triggered the Error:
The start snapshot id was greater than the end snapshot id.What should we do to fix it:
Swap the start and end snapshot ids.
