Oracle Solution for Error ora-13651

ORA-13651: The specified list of execution parameters is invalid.

What triggered the Error:

The list did not include pairs of (parameter_name, parameter_value) where every parameter is a valide task parameter. Duplicates are not allowed.

What should we do to fix it:

Adjust the content of the list, and then retry the operation.
