What triggered the Error:
The current operation caused a duplicate RASTER_DATA_TABLE and RASTER_ID combination to be inserted into the USER_SDO_GEOR_SYSDATA view.What should we do to fix it:
Ensure that the RASTER_DATA_TABLE and RASTER_ID combination to be inserted into the USER_SDO_GEOR_SYSDATA view is unique.
