ORA-13369: invalid value for etype in the 4-digit format

What triggered the Error:

A 4-digit etype for a non-polygon type element is used, or the orientation is not a valid orientation for interior/exterior rings of the polygon.

What should we do to fix it:

Correct the geometry definition.
