ORA-13353: ELEM_INFO_ARRAY not grouped in threes

The ELEM_INFO_ARRAY in an SDO_GEOMETRY definition has more or fewer elements than expected.What should we do to fix it:
Confirm that the number of elements in ELEM_INFO_ARRAY is divisible by 3.
