ORA-13282: failure on initialization of coordinate transformation
What triggered the Error:
Parsing error on source or destination coordinate system WKT, or incompatible coordinate systems.What should we do to fix it:
Check the validity of the WKT for table entries, and check if the requested transformation is valid.
