Oracle Solution for Error ora-13197

ORA-13197: element string.string.string is out of range

What triggered the Error:

Tessellation did not generate any tiles for this element. This error could be caused if the geometry definition puts the geometry outside the domain defined in the _SDODIM table.

What should we do to fix it:

Verify that the geometry is valid and within the defined domain.
