Oracle Solution for Error ora-12740
ORA-12740: Express Instant Client: unsupported server national character set string
What triggered the Error:
Only UTF8 and AL16UTF16 are allowed to be used as the national character set. Instant Client has only minimal character sets.What should we do to fix it:
Do not use Express Instant Client for this character set
